Who we are

In 2018, Naomi Hamilton-Hakim founded Double H Marketing (DHM). We began as a strategic marketing consultancy to help Australian businesses grow revenue and market share through marketing.

Naomi was keen to show how ‘good’ marketing is so much more than just promotion of a product or service. 

In 2022, Naomi partnered with her husband, Pascal Hakim, to enhance DHM’s strategic marketing offerings with technical know-how. Pascal had noticed that the setup of software, particularly marketing software, often lacked a strategic roll-out. He was keen to combine his technical ability with Naomi’s marketing knowledge to bridge the divide between marketing and tech.

By combining strategic and technical approaches to the setup of marketing and sales technology, Naomi & Pascal aim to solve the strategic, technical and marketing challenges many Australian businesses face. 

DHM is now a Salesforce Consulting Partner, and has expanded from its original form to a growing team of 8 consultants, who bring together the best of marketing strategy, Salesforce implementation and software development.

Our Team

  • Naomi Hamilton-Hakim

    Managing Director
    Naomi has worked in a variety of marketing roles for international media, technology and not-for-profit brands including Cisco, Blackbaud and IDG. She has also taught digital marketing tactics and techniques through the General Assembly and worked as Chief Operating Officer for a national lighting brand. Naomi holds a Bachelor of Music/Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Arts (Writing), as well as an Executive MBA with the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM).
  • Pascal Hakim

    Director & CTO
    Starting out as a software developer, Pascal soon realised he was spending more time trying to solve advertising and marketing issues than actually coding. So he decided to use his technological industry expertise and work with his wife, Naomi, to bring tech and marketing together through Double H Marketing. Pascal has worked at start-ups (Booktopia, Brandscreen, and Krux) and multinationals (IDG and Salesforce), focusing on business growth. In addition, he’s managed IT, software development, technical implementation, and pre-sales teams.
  • Clement Cheung

    Director of Marketing Technology
    Clement is a digital marketer with over ten years’ experience in marketing, business management and growth, and is part of the Leadership team at DHM. He thrives on the challenges and the excitement of developing and delivering strategy and continual growth. Clement uses his MBA, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification and experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Pardot to successfully lead customer projects.
  • Annalee Hogan

    Systems Analyst
    Annalee has previous experience in financial technology across different sales and marketing roles. With a Bachelor Degree in International Business, she has always been drawn to global markets and products, which makes working as a Salesforce Partner a great fit. She is 3x Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified, enjoys any type of learning and brings value, through finding customer specific solutions.
  • Owen Tang

    Software Developer
    Primarily focused on developing automated interactions between customer websites and the Salesforce ecosystem, Owen also builds connector software for clients, between E-Commerce platforms, such as Shopify to Salesforce. A technically adept and hands-on Salesforce individual, with a track record of success in managing complex IT applications and system integration projects, Owen is a solutions-driver, who bridges the gap between business and technology and always envisions the bigger picture.
  • Cate Bacon

    Technical Specialist
    With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, delivering day-to-day IT solutions, running projects and training, Cate brings her passion for creating innovative solutions, technical skills, and vivacious enthusiasm to Double H Marketing. She has worked for multinational businesses (IDG and Orica), as well as the state government (Dept of Justice and Dept of Infrastructure) and has developed core competencies in business intelligence, data analysis, and agile methodologies. Cate is also passionate about delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs and expectations of her customers and stakeholders.
  • Colin Ngo

    Software Developer
    Colin’s experiences with Double H Marketing have been an exciting learning curve from day one. Colin enjoys working with the team, and plays an integral part in delivering DHM projects by assisting with querying and programming languages to extract data or implement API calls from Salesforce.
  • Heinrich De Lange

    Technical Consultant
    Heinrich graduated at Stellenbosch University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Commerce in Information System Management, followed by an Honours Degree in Information System Management in 2019. He joined Salesforce Australia as a Sales Strategy Intern in 2019, and worked in the Partner team at Salesforce until joining DHM in 2024.
